Refund policy

Every item in this shop is printed to order for you, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size guide and fit notes on each product page before ordering.

Defects or errors: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email us at info@rcrvinyl.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has started and the order cannot be cancelled.

Lost or delayed packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7 days after shipment, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
